Are you ready to bring your life into focus so you can achieve the things you desire for 2023 and beyond?

Join us for Women Taking Action: Bringing Your Life Into Focus — Creating Your Own Vision Board, a workshop that will help you map out what you really want and how to get there.

About the Workshop

This free workshop will take place on Monday, January 16th from 7:00 - 8:30 pm via Zoom.

During the workshop, you'll create your own vision board after considering the following questions:

• If I could do anything at all, what would it be?
• What brings me joy?
• What relationships am I working on improving, nurturing, or building?
• Who am I becoming?
• What's on my bucket list?
• What do I want to own, experience, have, create, or learn?

Further information will be provided to participants a few days prior to the workshop so you can assemble the materials needed to create your own vision board. You will work with your choice of materials such as a posterboard, notebook, magazine clippings and quotes, markers/pens/paints, an online tool such as Canva, or other resources that you feel most comfortable using.

About the Speaker

Natasha Sukarukoff is a Regina-based Life & Leadership Coach, Keynote Speaker/Facilitator, and Master Trainer. She has worked with individuals and groups across Western Canada on topics like leadership, communication, human needs, and more.

About the SGEU Women’s Committee

Our committee works to:

• Examine all issues affecting women members in their union, work, home, and community lives.
• Evaluate the Constitution and policies of SGEU and make recommendations to enable women to participate more fully in Union activities.
• Liaise with other women's organizations locally, nationally, and internationally to offer necessary assistance to them and to promote women's trade union issues in those organizations.
