Local 3354-1 Scholarship Application Form

This $250 scholarship is open to studnets who are graduating from Grade 12 during the current school year from a school outside the City of Melfort and whose parent/guardian is a member in good standing of SGEU Local 3354-1.

Selections will be made by the scholarship committee of SGEU Local 3354-1. The recipient will be announced at graduation or award ceremony.

Scholarship entrants must provide the following:

Introductory letter that includes:
- Student name and school they are graduating from
- Name of parent/legal guardian and the facility and department they work in
- Where they have applied to for post-secondary education of where they will be attending (if known)
Copy of January transcipt marks
Copy of letter of acceptance or conditional acceptance from the post-secondary educational institute
