We demand that the Premier and the Minister of Health take immediate, decisive action to resolve the critical staffing crisis crippling health care delivery across Saskatchewan. Front-line workers are at a breaking point, enduring severe burnout, unsustainable workloads, and unsafe working conditions while striving to provide essential care to our communities. Overtime hours cannot replace real recruitment and retention, nor can empty promises replace safe workplaces and competitive wages. We call on the government to show respect for health care workers by coming to the bargaining table in good faith, addressing staffing deficits, and protecting the future of health services before more care is compromised.
