Learning Development 30: Third-Level Steward Training

This is the third level of steward training. The participants will continue with problem-solving techniques and contract enforcement. They will be engaged in practical exercises on negotiation and arbitration.

Prerequisites: Completion of LD 10, 11, 20A, 20B, and 20C is required for this course. This course is only available to registered stewards.

Length: 2 days (16 hours)
