Human Rights and Equity Conference 2026

The Human Rights and Equity (HRE) Conference will take place November 18 - 20, 2026, in Moose Jaw. 

This is an opportunity to challenge the status quo, deepen our understanding of inclusion, and build stronger, more welcoming environments. Together, we will tackle the hard questions and focus on real-world solutions that you can bring back to your workplace to foster lasting, positive change.

Space is limited, and delegates will be selected based on criteria that ensures balanced representation across all sectors and prioritizes first-time attendees.

Selection Criteria:

Selection for this conference is not first-come, first-served. Delegates will be selected based on the following priority criteria:

  • Priority given to first-time delegates.
  • Priority given to first-time equity seeking delegates
  • Delegates will be selected to ensure equal opportunity across all sectors.

Note: If you do not attend the lunches or presentation, you will not be able to claim expenses for those meals.

Conference Dates

November 18, 2026 - registration starts at 6:00 pm

November 19, 2026 - all day sessions, speakers and banquet in the evening

November 20, 2026 - all day sessions, speakers and adjourn approximately 3:00 pm

*Note: for those not requiring union leave, stipend will be paid.
