Free Naloxone Training Workshop

The SGEU Women’s Committee has partnered with Prairie Harm Reduction to offer a free one-hour Naloxone training to members in Saskatoon and surrounding area.

This Naloxone training will include:

  • How to recognize an opioid overdose
  • How to administer Naloxone
  • How to talk about any hazards related to the administration of Naloxone
  • A discussion on opioid-related deaths, overdose and addiction
  • A free Naloxone kit

Details

  • Date: September 20
  • Time: 4-5 pm
  • Location: SGEU office, 802 Queen St., Saskatoon
  • No union leave or stipend will be provided

Space is limited. If you are interested in attending, register by September 14 at 5 pm.
