SGEU and Information Services Corporation (ISC) have ratified their collective agreement just over six weeks after a tentative agreement was reached.
“We’re thankful that SGEU and ISC have a great working relationship,” said Steven LaVallee, chair of SGEU Local 2214’s negotiating committee. “With the majority of negotiating being done virtually, we couldn’t be happier about how smoothly both parties have made this process. We attribute this dynamic to the respect that ISC has for our members and the tremendous work they continue to do for our province.”
The new six-year agreement is in effect until September 30, 2025 and will see an increase in salary of 0 percent for 2019, 1.25 percent for 2020, 1.50 percent in 2021, 1.75 percent in 2022, and two percent in both 2023 and 2024.
SGEU Local 2214 represents approximately 125 members in Regina, Saskatoon, the Battlefords, Moose Jaw, and Swift Current. ISC delivers a wide range of registry services, including operating Saskatchewan’s land title registry, corporate registry, and personal property registry.
