Local 1110 Scholarship
SGEU Local 1110 (Moose Jaw) is offering up to $3,000 in scholarships for members of Local 1110 and their families, to a maximum of $1,000 per recipient, depending on the number of applicants. These scholarships are open to any member of Local 1110, spouse or member, child(ren) of member (member may be guardian of child). All applicants must be either a high school student or an adult registered in post-secondary education.
How to apply
- Complete the form below. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you.
- Include a 250-500 word essay on any aspect of the Saskatchewan labour movement
- Upload your letter of acceptance or confirmation of registration from a post-secondary institution
Review process:
Applications will be reviewed by the Local Executive at the first meeting in September. A decision will be rendered with the successful applicant(s) being notified.
