Local 1110 Scholarship
SGEU Moose Jaw Local 1110 is offering up to $3,000 in scholarships for members of Local 1110 and their families. The scholarship amount is a maximum of $1,000, one-time per recipient, and the amount awarded is dependent on the numer of applicants. This scholarship is available to you, your children, or your
grand children. All applicants must tbe either a high school student or an adult registered in post secondary education.
How to apply
- Complete the form below. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you.
- Include a 250-500 word essay on any aspect of the Saskatchewan labour movement
- Upload your letter of acceptance or confirmation of registration from a post-secondary institution.
- Include your SGEU membership number and work location, or if you are a dependent, the name and work location of the member you are connected with.
Review process:
The Local Executive will be review applications at the first meeting in September. A decision will be rendered with the successful applicant(s) being notified.
