Local 1109 Scholarship Information
Two scholarships will be awarded by Humboldt Public Service Local 1109. The first scholarship of $300 is open to members of Local 1109 in good standing for the prior 12 months, their spouses and dependants. The applicant must be enrolling as a full-time studnet in one full year of post-secondary education. The member should have attended at least two local meetings the previous year to qualify.
The second scholarship of $200 is open to members of Local 1109 in good standing and their spouses wishing to take night classes or less than full-time post-secondary education. If no applications for this scholarship are received, the criteria set out in the first scholarship will be followed and awarded to another full-time student.

Obtain an application form at any regular local meeting.
