Processing times
Please take note of the following processing times and submit your request according to the schedule below. These processing times ensure we can provide you with expert service and support.
- Brochure or informational resource – four (4) weeks
- Copywriting/editing – two (2) weeks
- Design – three (3) weeks
- Email requests – five (5) business days
- Event materials – one (1) month
- Photography – one (1) month
- Promotional item – four (4) weeks. Note: Does not include order and shipping time.
- Social media post – five (5) business days
