Scholarships and Bursaries for Post Secondary Education and Labour Education
The Saskatchewan Government and General Employees’ Union is committed to encouraging its members and their dependants in the pursuit of lifelong learning. Our Scholarship Directoy lists more than $35,500 in scholarships and bursaries for post-secondary education. Union activists who want to pursue labour studies opportunities have access to scholarships valued at $37,900.
Directory users are invited to request information from the specific contact persons named with each entry in the directory. SGEU Sectors/Locals and other Labour related organizations wishing to publish their scholarship/bursary information in future directories may contact the Education Officer, SGEU, 1440 Broadway Ave, Regina SK S4P 1E2 before November 30 each year.

If you are interested in applying for one of the SGEU Bursaries for full-time studies ($1,500) or part-time studies ($750), described on pages 1 and 2 of the SGEU Scholarship and Bursary Directory, download this application form and return it, along with all other materials requested, by the deadline of August 15, 2009.
