Front Line Office Workers Unite!

Front line office workers need a bigger voice in their union and in their workplaces.

We come by many names: office worker, accounting clerk, clerical worker, support staff worker, admin assistant, receptionist, information worker and more. We are on the front lines of an information revolution. We are information central. We are problem solvers with organizational skills beyond compare. And we make up approximately half of all SGEU members. We need to work together to gain a voice in our union and in our workplaces. Hear Our Voice: Front Line Office Workers in the Union SGEU has produced a 14 minute video about front line office workers in SGEU. In the video, front line office workers talk about their issues and their experiences as SGEU members. It is an excellent discussion starter for a lunch hour meeting.
